Elina Technologies Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”) operates this website as a corporate site and product catalogue. There is no online selling and no card payment on the site. This policy explains what information is collected when you browse the site or contact us, and how it is handled.
What information is collected
The only information we collect at your initiative is what you type into the enquiry forms on the site.
- Contact details — name, company name, email address and phone number.
- Enquiry content — a description of your measurement need, including the product you referred to.
- Technical usage data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected in the server log files.
What the information is used for
Contact details are used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. We do not sell information, rent it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies needed to remember your language preference and to secure the forms. These cookies do not identify you personally and cannot be declined without affecting how the site works.
Measurement cookies
If third-party measurement tools are enabled on the site, they will be listed here with the information they collect, alongside a way to withdraw consent.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept in the site’s content management system for as long as they are relevant to the business relationship, and no longer than seven years from the last enquiry. Server log files are kept for a much shorter period.
Who information is shared with
Our hosting provider and our email provider have access to information only in the course of providing their service, and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Beyond that, information does not leave the Company unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected and ask for it to be deleted. Such requests are answered within thirty days.
Information security
The site is served over encrypted connections, and access to the management system is limited to staff who need it. No measure provides absolute protection, and we do not claim to guarantee it.
