A standard lab calibration is returned within three to five working days of receiving the equipment. Faults that stop a production line have an urgent track, and in many cases the calibration can be done on your site to save the shipping time.
Yes, within our measurement capability and the range the sensor works in. Send us the instrument model and the required measuring range before shipping — we will confirm in advance whether calibration is possible and at what uncertainty.
A signed calibration certificate with a verifiable traceability chain, and a full test protocol with the results, the measurement uncertainty and the conclusions. We keep copies of both for reference at the next calibration.
