  • Our laboratory recalibrates and issues traceable certificates in Israel.
  • Quality management audited annually against ISO 9001:2015.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our products and services

One working day for a single sensor on an existing machine; a whole line with several sensors and network integration takes two to three days. The time is set mostly by access to the machine, not by the instruments.

Physical access to the mounting point, power, a network point if integration is needed, and a real sample of the material to be measured. Measuring a sample that isn't the real material proves very little.

A documented capability test showing the system meets the agreed requirement, and a configuration file that restores the set-up if the machine is ever reset.
