Diagnosis comes back within two working days with a quote. The repair itself depends on part availability, and we tell you if a delay is expected rather than leaving the instrument in the lab without an answer.

For common models, yes, subject to availability. Ask for the loan unit in your first request, not after the instrument has shipped.

Yes. A repair that touches the measurement path requires recalibration, and the instrument comes back with a certificate — otherwise there's no way to know the repair worked.
